Start your crypto journey in three simple steps.

Step 1: Connect a Wallet or Create an MPC Account

Option A – Connect Your Own Wallet

1. Click “Connect Wallet.”
2. Choose your preferred wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet).
3. Select the address you wish to connect.
4. Click “Next” and complete the signature request in your wallet.

💡 Don’t have a wallet yet? You can easily set up an EVM-compatible wallet like MetaMask via their official website.

Option B – Create an MPC Account with Email

1. Enter your email address.
2. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
3. edgeX will automatically generate a secure EVM wallet address for you.
4. Complete the signature to activate your account.

Step 2: Deposit Funds

For Wallet Users

1. Ensure you hold USDT on Ethereum, Arbitrum, or BNB Chain, or USDC on Arbitrum.
2. Click “Deposit” in your account.
3. Select USDT or USDC, then choose the blockchain your funds are on.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deposit.

For MPC Account Users

1. Click “Deposit.”
2. Select USDT or USDC and choose your preferred blockchain.
3. Send funds to the deposit address displayed in your edgeX account.

Step 3: Start Trading

1. Go to “Perpetuals” or “Spot”.
2. Select your preferred trading pair.
3. Choose an order type — Limit, Market, or Stop — and open your position.
